Eckhard Lohse

Eckhard Lohse, born in 1951, lives with his wife in northern Germany. After decades of living with the chronic illness ME/CFS, he experienced a completely unexpected recovery in 2016 – triggered by a self-developed method he calls Deep Thinking.

Since then, he has been writing books about life, societal challenges, and opportunities – clear, accessible, and focused on what truly matters.

His book series is part of the project Deep Thinking – for those who want to understand, not overthink.

His motto: Don’t think. Don’t brood. Deep Think.

My documented experience with ME/CFS – captured in this book:

ME/CFS Thinking Through: Clarity Instead of Brooding – Over 60 Years of Lived Experience and an Unexpected Path to Recovery
