Rose Wippich

Rose Wippich is living proof that a woman's wisdom years can be her most powerful.

Her spiritual path began long before her cancer diagnosis — through yoga in her early thirties, then a first Reiki session where a vision helped her understand that life had been quietly preparing her for something larger. She trained in Reiki, practiced qigong, and built a relationship with her own inner knowing — all while navigating 25 years in corporate Human Resources, her own consulting business, and later work as a realtor.

At 49, came the breast cancer diagnosis. It didn't start her journey. It accelerated it.The tools that had transformed her life, she realized, were meant to be mastered and taught to other women.

Today, at 63, Rose is an Energy Alchemist, Reiki Master Teacher, and certified qigong and yoga instructor. Her podcast Chat Off The Mat was named a winner of the 50 Over 50 Podcaster Awards. Empress Rising is her first book.

When she's not teaching or writing, Rose can be found practicing qigong, pulling oracle cards, or spending time with her husband and twin boys. She believes that when one woman rises into her power, she creates ripples that help lift all women everywhere.
