Adam Janowski

A husband, father, servant leader, consultant, and author, Adam L. Janowski is also the founder of the Authentic Behavior Contrast (ABContrast): an assessment designed to expertly decode someone's greatest preferences and deepest aversions for an insightful exploration into a person's natural strengths and common behavioral struggles.

Experienced with tens of thousands of hours in leadership and management, he has dedicated his career to strategically optimizing organizational goals. Adam has a passion to help free up the potential of individuals and teams through interpretive understanding and offering unique perspectives.

Adam enjoys a grounded lifestyle in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York with his wife of 25 years and their overly exuberant golden doodle. They've raised two amazing children to adulthood and continue to encourage the growth of their faith, aspirations, and personal trajectories.
