Catherine Pena

Born in Colorado in the winter of 1996, Catherine grew up on tattered Twilight books and witchy fiction. Reading became an escape with endless possibilities, and a book dragon was born.

She graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a bachelor’s degree in English and got married to her high school sweetheart.

It wasn’t until she was given the opportunity to stay home with their new baby girl that the passion for reading sparked new life. Then geared with her imagination and a formal education she thought, “I can do that.”

And thus, a writer was born. Now she spends every spare moment reading and writing.
