Tracie Cantu is a senior learning and development executive and author who has spent more than two decades helping organizations transform how they build workforce capability. She has led global learning strategy and technology at Meta, Atlassian, Whole Foods Market (Amazon), and The Aspen Group, and today serves as Chief Learning Strategist at Your CLO, advising Fortune 100s, law firms, and high-growth companies.

Her career has centered on one challenge: proving that learning is not a cost center but a driver of performance, readiness, and growth. She has built modern learning ecosystems, introduced governance models that scale impact, and partnered with executives to align talent development directly with business goals.

Tracie’s writing has appeared in TD Magazine and Learning Solutions, and she is a frequent international speaker at ATD ICE, DevLearn, OEB, and other industry events. Her forthcoming book with ATD Press, "Running L&D Like a Business: Drive Value with Learning Operations," gives leaders a practical blueprint for turning learning into a strategic business function.

She holds a Master of Human Resources Management, is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), and serves on the advisory board of TechSmith. She lives and works in the United States, where she continues to partner with leaders around the world on the evolving role of L&D in business.
