Saul Miranda

Saúl Miranda is an Assistant Pastry Sous Chef at Disney’s Magic Kingdom and the founder of Editorial Semillas de Luz. With more than a decade of experience in the culinary arts, he is also a husband, father, and man of faith whose greatest joy is serving God and his family.

His first book, Nicolás: The Legacy of a Man of God, preserves the testimony of his father-in-law, a pastor and servant of the Lord, whose life continues to inspire future generations. Through his writing, Saúl seeks to honor the past, encourage the present, and sow seeds of faith and hope for the future.
