Faith Eckersall

Ooh thanks for visiting my page! I'm a writer and journalist who lives in Hampshire UK. I now work as a freelance for publications including the Daily Telegraph, Woman & Home and Country Living and when I'm not doing this, I'm working on the Piddlington Gazette Mysteries, a crime cosy series set on an eccentric weekly newspaper in the English county of Dorset. I started writing the novels after accidentally leaving my job on a regional evening newspaper and, missing my old newsroom, decided to create one of my own.

I have two grown-up children and live with my husband in a Victorian cottage in the middle of the countryside. I spend my down time running, walking, visiting heritage buildings, watching TV dramas on an endless loop and reading other people's novels very, very slowly.
