George Owens

George Owens, a native of Washington DC. He came to prison when he was 22 years old. He remained in prison for nearly three decades.

He returned to society graduating from Georgetown University, as a paralegal. He worked as an administrative assistant, mental health technician, Safety Team member, Host for Washington hospital center and started his own company. He has published three books

His story is unique, but the typical tale of a youth lost in the system through bad decisions.
