Robert J. Frost is passionate about strategy and winning. He's a visionary strategist and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience guiding organizations—from Fortune 500 giants like Medtronic and Zimmer Biomet to private equity–backed startups, mid-market challengers, and non-profits —through bold growth and reinvention. As the founding President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Wolfpack Chassis and now President and Managing Director of Frostline Strategy Group, Robert has dedicated his career to helping companies unlock their full potential through disciplined strategy and inspired execution.

With an MBA from Indiana Tech and undergraduate degrees in both engineering and business administration, Robert combines technical rigor with business insight. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt, and Prosci-certified change practitioner. Robert is also a former faculty member and advisory board member for the Indiana Tech School of Business.
