Elary J. Wakefield, a fantasy author, first learned to “write” by telling herself stories on her jungle gym at age 5, then forcing her father to type them up because she couldn’t write yet. As soon as she could write, she never stopped and aimed to write good fantasy books for middle grade and up.
Now she lives in Vienna, Austria, with her loving wife, working in a pre-K, teaching children English and is a fantasy book author. She loves swinging on swings, drinking black tea, and cuddling with her Bengal cats: Siegfried and Jhana. Featherlow: Bird Out of Paradise is her first novel, but not her last.
