Dr. Tiff is an industry-leading expert in nutrition, peak performance, and mindset. She has earned a ton of credentials, including a PhD in Health and Human Performance, an M.S. in Sport Psychology, and certifications in NSCA Strength and Conditioning and NASM Fitness Nutrition. Dr. Tiff founded Fizeek!, a 501(c)3 to empower girls to embrace the (super)girl God created them to be.
