Ana Sun

Ana Sun (pronounced “Soon”) writes from the edge of an ancient town in the south-east of England. She spent her childhood in Malaysian Borneo and grew up living on islands. Her captivating speculative short fiction, commonly touching on themes of climate adaptation and livable futures, has appeared in magazines and anthologies, with stories nominated for the inaugural Utopia Award, selected for Best of British Science Fiction and long-listed for the British Science Fiction Association Awards.

In an alternate universe, she might have been a musician, an anthropologist—or a botanist obsessed with edible flowers.
