Joshua C. Lam, LLM (Law/ADR), is founder of Access Agree Ministry, developer of the TINS Framework™(2016), accredited mediator, pastor, author, and a PhD (Philosophy) student at Institute for Christian Studies, Toronto. His academic formation spans law, mediation, theology, and philosophy.

The Institute for Christian Studies is affiliated with the Toronto School of Theology at the University of Toronto and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

His doctoral studies will focus on deepening the theoretical foundations of the TINS Framework™ through interdisciplinary philosophical research in integrative negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution, and human decision-making as experienced within everyday lived reality. Particular attention will be devoted to deepening and further integrating the six theoretical perspectives of the TINS Framework™ for effective integrative negotiation and mediation practice. Through its structured yet accessible approach, the TINS Framework™ will increasingly explore conflict, mediation, and decision-making as lived relational experiences shaped by human perception, interpretation, communication, and everyday meaning-making within the complexities of human interaction.

The TINS Framework™ – Substack: Reflections on Life and Conflict. The first post has now been published: “When “No” Meant More Than No”
