Kevin Grannes

Kevin Grannes is a U.S. Army veteran and Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a passion for trauma-informed care. He is trained in evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, an MBA in Project Management, a Master of Social Work (MSW), and a Graduate Certificate in Trauma. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology, where his research centers on resilience, healing, and the impact of trauma on relationships. His debut book, Bad Marriage, Good Divorce, blends personal narrative, clinical reflection, and therapeutic guidance. Written for military veterans, those navigating difficult marriages, and individuals facing divorce, it offers insight, hope, and the reminder that even painful endings can lead to meaningful growth.
