Selma Kahraman – Author Biography

Selma Kahraman was born in Türkiye, Niğde in August 30 and began her education there. From a young age, she showed great interest in literature and imagination-based fiction, which she later developed both academically and professionally. After successfully completing her degree in Radio and Television Programming at Ömer Halisdemir University, she also graduated from the Justice Department of Atatürk University. During her education, she focused on fiction writing, screenplay structure, and narrative techniques. She gained practical experience in the media sector through her internship at TRT, where she further developed her skills in screenwriting.
Starting her writing career at an early age, Selma Kahraman has authored works in various genres. Among her first published books are Okulda Ajan Var (“There’s a Spy at School”) and the two-volume series Vampirin Hizmetçisi (“The Vampire’s Servant”), which helped her reach a wide readership and draw attention. She later wrote the first two volumes of the Kadın Koruma (“Women’s Protection”) series, which received positive feedback for its strong female characters and compelling storytelling.
She is currently focused on her new work in the fantasy genre, Element Heirs1 - 2, Nehes (Sands of Darkness), Rose and Darkness.
