Richard Enns

Richard Enns is a retired probation officer. He worked for the San Diego County Probation Department for nearly 22 years. Richard has a bachelors degree in History from North Park College in Chicago and a Master of Divinity from North Park Theological Seminary. He resides in San Diego with his wife and two children.
