Bill Spencer

Bill Spencer is the author of Uranus Is Always Funny and Funny as Hell. He's also written a screenplay and more than 160 comic skits performed at the Wildacres Writers Workshop. He lives in a cabin in the mountains of North Carolina with his multi-talented, wondrous wife, Carolyn Elkins.
