Phong Bui

Phong Bui is an author from Vietnam. He has just published his very first book: The Kuru Lighthouse Keeper, still a long way to go. He writes primarily in the horror, mystery and thriller genres. His writing style focuses mainly on building plot with intense, rapid actions connecting with past and current events to maintain the story's logic. He prefers to use first-person narrative and put himself into the story, to describe the internal struggle of the main character better. His characters are not always likable, as their true nature reflect what a normal person would do. The most terrifying thing is not the monster, but the human mind—the only instrument on Earth capable of composing breathtaking beauty with the same hands that eagerly perform acts of unspeakable cruelty.
