Drexel Rothrauff

Drexel Rothrauff is a business leader, educator, and parent who draws inspiration from the Montessori philosophy to guide how he leads, teaches, and learns. He brings experience scaling a high-growth, private equity-backed software company, advising mid-sized organizations as an independent software consultant, and building entrepreneurial ventures—all grounded in a focus on collaborative teams and thoughtful go-to-market strategies.

He also taught Business and Information Sciences at The Pennsylvania State University, where he encouraged students to think independently and lead with purpose—values deeply rooted in Montessori education.
