Daniel R Bingamon

Daniel R. Bingamon is a computer programmer, electronics designer, and lifelong storyteller who fuses scientific curiosity with spiritual insight. His writing reflects a rare blend of logic and imagination—where circuits meet stars, and faith meets the unknown.

He is best known for creating the SS Scavenger DX-1017 Universe, a sweeping science-fiction series that follows a starship salvaged from scrapyard wreckage and reborn through ingenuity and courage. Across its stories, Daniel explores the intertwined destinies of humans and the Prosian people—an advanced, matriarchal species whose language, culture, and faith echo humanity’s own search for meaning. Each tale merges adventure, culture, and compassion into a universe where survival depends as much on empathy and integrity as on technology.

Beyond writing, Daniel’s creative pursuits include 3D modeling, music composition, and linguistic design, having developed an extensive conlang (constructed language) and cultural framework for his fictional worlds. He also contributes to his Messianic Jewish congregation, where his reflections on purpose and renewal often inform his storytelling themes.

His broader projects—such as the Phoenix Cycle trilogy and non-fiction works like Tikkun Olam—extend his lifelong mission: to build bridges between imagination and understanding, showing how even the smallest spark of creation can restore light to a fractured world.

Daniel lives in the United States with his family and continues to expand the Scavenger saga, crafting new stories that celebrate the resilience of both human and alien hearts.
