Gloria Kanu

Gloria Kanu is the former Executive Director of the Criminal Justice Integration (CJI) project for a local government agency in California and retired as the Director of Technology Services for the county’s Sheriff's Office. She has more than 40 years of experience in information technology management. She has a proven track record in criminal justice systems integration, extensive project management experience, strong database administration and management skills, application software development, and business continuity and contingency planning. Gloria has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Lagos, Nigeria; an MBA from the College of Notre Dame; and a doctorate degree with high honors from Golden Gate University (GGU) in San Francisco. She also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. In retirement, Oji and Gloria co-founded Riakan Consulting Services—a boutique software systems integration and project management firm. Both Oji and Gloria have been happily married for over 43 years and are blessed with four adult children and two grandchildren.
