Dr William Paolillo

Dr. William Paolillo is an author, educator, and former energy executive who writes about food as medicine, technology, innovation, AI, sustainability, advanced manufacturing, and digital spatial intelligence (DSI). He is the author of Voltage Valley Revolution: Power, Politics, and Technology and the forthcoming Tales from the Kitchen Table – Food as Medicine.

His work highlights the voices of entrepreneurs, executives, union workers, clinicians, agricultural leaders, community leaders, chefs, and mothers, showing how resilience and innovation are rebuilding Appalachia and America. Today he lectures at the University of Akron while continuing his mission of lifting people and communities through storytelling. A recognized energy executive, storyteller, and public speaker - Bill has delivered TED Talks and keynotes on food as medicine, technology, innovation, AI, resilience, and community renewal.

He is the father of 4 children and 4 grand children.
