Hello my friend!

First of all, I’m nobody! Not a guru, doctor, coach, therapist, influencer, or any other “follow-me” type. Therefore, I’m not showing you the way—just trying to give you a direction. So please choose your own path!

But I really want to help you!

I’m a humble author of Meditative Mental Healing and Meditative Mental Transformation (MMH–MMT), the creator of Dual Instinct Theory. Also I'm practitioner and learner of Buddhist philosophy, psychology, neuroscience — and an explorer of the human mind. I always wonder what happiness is, what truly makes people happy, and why we so often make life harder than it needs to be.

I practice modern Buddhist philosophy, and my books in the Transformation series are a direct reflection of this. I try to write them as an honest, down-to-earth guide filled with easy-to-follow steps and unique exercises—many of which I developed myself—based on Buddhism, psychology, and neuroscience. I also try to include good, light-hearted stories and meditative practices that help you (I really want to!) see the world with fresh eyes and build real inner peace.

When I’m not working and writing books, I’m walking dogs, making documentary videos, running research and seminars, helping people through deep losses and tough times, and helping animals in shelters. I also study Near-Death Experiences and run AI experiments to fine-tune meditation techniques.

Happiness is always inside us—we just need to allow ourselves to be happy.
