Suresh Thankappan is an editor, writer, and translator whose work bridges literature, philosophy, and social thought. A commerce graduate who began his career as an auditor and accountant, he later followed his deeper calling into the world of books and ideas. For more than a decade, he has worked closely with leading publishers, including Oxford University Press, and has trained under a respected literary mentor in the craft of editing and writing.
He is the founder of 'The Words', a literary and academic editing service that also supports new writers with publishing guidance. His works reflect a wide range of interests—from existential philosophy and literature to social history, cultural traditions, and contemporary thought.
Passionate about making complex ideas accessible, Suresh has written and edited books that invite readers to reflect on life’s deeper questions. He is currently engaged in projects exploring existentialism, Marxism, and the intersections of philosophy with lived experience.
