Allan Billard

Allan Billard is a naturalist and marine biologist who has been involved in Canada's commercial fishing industry and outdoor recreation since 1978. He is the author of two books on Nova Scotia's waterfalls as well as the best selling "Beaches of Nova Scotia" and "Lighthouses of Nova Scotia" plus several publications on canoeing and canals. He lives in Fall River, Nova Scotia and is currently writing his second novel about the early fishing activity in the North Atlantic.
