Manish Ramteke is a seasoned technology leader, entrepreneur, and career coach with nearly two decades of experience spanning software development, architecture, presales, delivery, and global team leadership. He has worked as a Solution Architect and Delivery Manager with leading firms such as Fiserv (a Fortune 500 company), Atos (a leading European IT services and consulting company), and Tech Mahindra (a top-tier Indian IT services company). Having worked across industries and international markets, he has mentored hundreds of professionals on navigating complex career decisions, building leadership skills, and staying relevant in an era of rapid disruption.

Manish also brings entrepreneurial experience, having founded Jashealth, a bootstrapped healthcare startup.

An alumnus of NIT Rourkela, Manish blends practical corporate wisdom with empathy and insight, drawing from his own journey—rising from a young engineer to a senior leader managing multimillion-dollar portfolios.
