Laura Faraci

Laura Faraci was born in Bologna, Italy, on 6th January 1994. Growing up in Ferrara, she started pursuing illustration and visual arts. In 2018, she graduated with a Master Degree from Communication Design at Politecnico di Milano with a thesis on gender-based violence in the media. Before and after graduation, she took care of the visual design of several books, working as an illustrator, cover artist and layout designer. During the first Covid lock down in Italy, she started re-writing and further developing her Master thesis, transforming it into the book "Excusing Violence" in 2021.
