Jaque Jours

Jaque Jours is a Mexican author-illustrator who works with traditional media. After studying Architecture and earning a master's in Literature, she found her way to picture books and has been collaborating with brands, publishers, and cultural magazines across Latin America ever since. Through her stories and paintings, she seeks to bring her everyday life and culture to the page. Her books include Las fotos de Murci (Editorial Cayuco, 2025), Telepatía (Lecturita Ediciones, 2025), and Día de Muertos (Quarto Group, 2025). The Muéganos, her debut as author-illustrator, is forthcoming from Transit Children's Editions (July 2026).
