Tomaso Mannu is a chef, food consultant, and gastronomy researcher —and the founder of Mensch Chef, a platform built at the intersection of traditional craft and modern leverage.
He spent 15 years in professional kitchens, from fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants to running his own in London, before dedicating his knowledge to industry consultancy and building something for his audience that couldn't be taken away.
His work combines deep food knowledge with practical systems for living well: self-production, fermentation, plant-based cooking, and food as medicine. He built an audience of over one million people in under three years, with The Mindful Kitchen Map as his first internationally published book.
He also teaches vegan cheesemaking, runs live workshops worldwide, and has lectured for institutions such as the Italian Ministry of Culture and universities across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
