About The Author
Why should I trust your advice?
I spent decades leading customer service organizations, hiring employees, coaching managers, and building high-performing teams. Throughout my career, I saw the same workplace habits lead to success again and again. This book distills those lessons into a simple foundation that's easy to remember and apply.
Is this book based on research or personal experience?
Both. The principles come from decades of firsthand leadership experience and align with what employers across industries consistently value: reliability, initiative, productivity, teamwork, and personal responsibility.
Why did you write this book?
After decades in leadership, I noticed that the employees who advanced weren't always the smartest or most experienced. They consistently demonstrated a handful of simple behaviors that anyone could learn. I wrote this book so young people could begin their careers with that knowledge rather than learning it through years of trial and error.
