Aya SATO

Aya Sato is a French illustrator and designer based in Tokyo. Passionate about Japanese culture, everyday life, and playful storytelling, she creates unique activity and coloring books that spark imagination and creativity.

Her published works include Chibi Sketch – Coloring Book, a collection of cute chibi style illustrations, and My Japanese Adventure – Dot to Dot, a fun activity book for children inspired by Japanese culture. Aya Sato also creates coloring books featuring hidden cats blended into landscapes, offering a joyful and interactive experience for both kids and adults.

In addition to illustration, Aya Sato designs handmade upcycled accessories from Japanese candy bags and vintage obi fabrics, bridging art, design, and sustainability. She has also exhibited her work internationally.
