Director of the Applied AI Lab, Kirk and Jacki Perry Professor of Analytics, Assistant Professor-Educator, Department of Operations, Business Analytics, and Information Systems at the University of Cincinnati. Previously Chief Operating Officer at Unifund and Recovery Decision Science. B.M. and M.M. degrees from the University of Cincinnati and an M.B.A. from Xavier University. Harvard Business School executive education program, certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence through the American Society for Quality, certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute and Sig Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training with the Xavier Consulting Group.

Awarded the 2025 Michael L. Dean Excellence in Classroom Education and Learning Graduate Teaching Award, and the 2016 and 2021 Outstanding Adjunct Professor of the Year at the University of Cincinnati in the Carl H. Lindner College of Business teaching Data Visualization. Regular speaker and panelist at industry conferences and writer of numerous articles for industry newsletters.

Five-time Tableau Zen Master and inducted into the Tableau Zen Master Hall of Fame in 2021.
