Kelly Herda

Kelly finds inspiration for her children’s books in the simple, often overlooked moments of everyday life. She jots down fresh ideas on post-it notes with worn-down pencils and delights in the charm of an offbeat short story or poem. Kelly lives in the suburbs of Chicago with her husband, their two young boys, and a sweet dog named Shirley. She looks forward to soon sharing her collection of short stories and a novella with her readers.
