At just fifteen years old, he began ministering in nursing homes every Friday night, where residents witnessed the love of Jesus working through this young man. His compassionate outreach led thousands to accept the Lord as their Savior, marking the beginning of a lifelong dedication to soul-winning.

At eighteen, Dr. Blount joined the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Academy in Morganfield, Kentucky, where he met his beloved wife, Donis. This pivotal time not only established his family foundation but also positioned him for extraordinary ministry impact. Through the Holy Spirit's anointing, he consistently led 20 to 40 young people to Christ each week, witnessing transformational new life in Jesus.
