Shauna Hanus

Shauna Hanus is an ordained pastor, children's book author, and storyteller who believes the Bible is anything but boring. With nearly two decades of children's ministry experience and a Master of Divinity focused on children, youth, and family ministry, she brings both theological education and a love for storytelling to every book she writes.

Shauna believes children are capable of understanding more than we sometimes give them credit for. They can ask big questions, explore deep truths, and develop a genuine love for Jesus when Scripture is shared in ways that capture their imaginations and speak to their hearts.

Through her writing and her creative ministry, Mini Kid Min, Shauna brings Bible stories to life. From talking donkeys and runaway prophets to courageous children and unlikely heroes, her books invite young readers to experience the wonder, excitement, and sometimes downright strange moments found in God's Word.

Her writing began with *King Morphy*, a story inspired by her real-life rescue dog, and has grown into a collection of Bible story books, devotionals, and faith-building resources for children and families.

At the heart of everything she creates is a simple hope: that children will discover who God is, understand how much Jesus loves them, and develop a faith they'll want to keep.
