Andriy Stepanovich Tatusko

"A life of adventure, a mission of service,

a message of unstoppable hope."

Andriy Tatusko is a man whose life has never followed a straight road. It has been a journey of discoveries, challenges, service, and an unshakable belief in the limitless potential of the human spirit.

Born in Boryslav, the oil capital of Ukraine, into a family of oil industry pioneers and scientists, Andriy inherited a spirit of exploration and a drive to leave a meaningful mark on the world. His first great adventure began in the skies — graduating from the Kharkiv Institute of Military Pilots of the Ukrainian Air Force and serving six years as a military pilot. Those years shaped his discipline, resilience, and ability to make fast, decisive choices under pressure — skills that would later define his leadership in business.

After his service, Andriy shifted from flying aircraft to navigating the vast skies of business. He earned a degree in International Marketing and Advertising from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management in Lviv, launching and leading numerous large-scale marketing projects that became national leaders and entered European and American markets.

Driven by a passion to help others grow, he founded his own training and consulting company, empowering businesses to master marketing, branding, sales, and team development. For over a decade, he also served as CEO of a major engineering and machine-building corporation in the energy and compressor industries, leading a workforce of over 3,000 specialists.

Beyond business, Andriy embraced a higher calling — completing a certified Chaplaincy program at Trinity International University in partnership with the National University “Ostroh Academy.” Deeply rooted in his Christian faith, he believes every person deserves happiness and has the potential to achieve it by understanding and fulfilling God’s unique plan for their life. His guiding principle: "By changing the life of even one person, you impact thousands more."

Andriy lives for adventure — skydiving, motorsports, mountain river rafting, cycling tours, and traveling the world in every possible way. His energy is contagious; his optimism, unshakable. Whether in a boardroom, a seminar hall, or halfway across the globe, he is a true energizer who inspires people to believe in themselves and take bold action.

Books have been a lifelong passion for Andriy — from his personal library to now becoming a published author on Amazon. His works are a powerful blend of life experience, spiritual wisdom, and real-world strategies, helping readers turn their lives toward growth, happiness, and strength.

Today, Andriy Tatusko is more than an author. He is a mentor, speaker, leader, and friend to those ready to rise to the next level of their lives. His story proves that when faith, action, and a desire to serve others come together, they can change the world.
