Carlos Skibar is a public service leader in Southern California, husband, and father with over three decades of experience responding to life’s most critical moments.

He holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership, a MA in Biblical Studies, a MA in American History, and a Ph.D. in Psychology and Counseling. Drawing on this diverse academic foundation, Carlos explores the intersection of theology, history, psychology, and current events to help readers see the broader picture behind today’s rapid transformations.

Evilution is his debut research published to expose the Adversary who promotes evil and prepares those to emancipate from the slavery of sin.

He is the founder of King’s Last Move (kingslastmove.com), a platform dedicated to equipping believers with historical and theological tools to navigate the times and fight the good fight!
