I’ve always been curious about people — what shapes us, how we connect, and why our stories matter. My work is centered on getting to know people beyond first impressions and understanding the everyday experiences that influence how we think, feel, and relate to one another. I believe real understanding starts with listening, asking thoughtful questions, and staying open to perspectives different from our own.

I hold a Ph.D. in Human Behavior and Social Psychology, where I focused on studying communication, relationships, and the ways people make meaning in their lives. My goal is to make ideas about human behavior feel approachable and useful, not overly academic or distant from real life.

Through my writing and research, I hope to encourage honest conversations, deeper empathy, and stronger connections. At the end of the day, I believe that when we take the time to truly understand people — including ourselves — we create more compassionate relationships and communities.
