Elizabeth Moult

Lizzie Moult is an Australian artist and author living in the Scottish Highlands, where the wild landscapes and ancient stories shape her work. Passionate about the natural world, she seeks to share beauty and magic through her creations, inspiring wonder and connection in those who encounter them.

A former cognitive behavioural therapist and spiritual teacher, Lizzie knows firsthand what it takes to break free from approval-seeking and follow one’s dreams. Writing her book, F*ck Approval: You Don’t Need It, became the catalyst for her own transformation, leaving her therapy practice to pursue painting full-time.

Today, Lizzie brings that same spirit of self-trust to her art series, Heart of the Highlands, celebrating the rugged land, wildlife, and plants of the Highlands.
