J. Kyle Turner

J. Kyle Turner was born in South Carolina, but spent time in Virginia, South Korea, and Texas before eventually settling in Northern Colorado. His fiction has appeared in Daily Science Fiction, Nature Physics, and Cicada Magazine. In 2023, his postcard-length short story won the Witold Krull Literary Award. His work has also appeared in numerous small print anthologies, most of which are now out of print.

His socially acceptable hobbies include: reading (everything), playing music (Celtic harp, electric bass, and bodhrán), studying foreign languages (French and Italian), travel, exercise, and knitting. His socially unacceptable hobbies are numerous and confidential. He lives with his wife and a very handsome cat named Luke.
