Brett Gilliland

Brett Gilliland fell in love with horror early—devouring monster movies and library paperbacks before lights-out. He started writing in elementary school, trading rain-day recess for scribbling scary stories that made classmates lean in. That habit never stopped. Today, he blends horror and dark comedy with character-driven mystery, expanding those childhood chills into full novels and series. His work aims for atmosphere, odd humor, and a creeping sense that something is just off—because that’s where his imagination first found a home.
