A native of Romania, Harry’s journey began on his family’s vineyard, where he developed a deep respect for the cultural and sensory richness of food and wine. His career has taken him through the luxury hospitality landscapes of Italy, France, Portugal, and the United States, providing him with a rare global perspective on refined service and dining culture.

Harry has held senior leadership roles in some of Atlanta’s most prestigious venues, including the St. Regis Hotel, where he served as Wine Director, managing a multimillion-dollar wine program and elevating the guest experience to Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond standards. His talent for blending formal service, cultural nuance, and modern guest expectations has made him a sought-after trainer and speaker on luxury dining and professional etiquette.
