Louisa Clarke FCMI MIWFM is a speaker, advisor, global award winner, and veteran. After ten years in the Royal Air Force, she went on to lead multimillion-pound portfolios in Facilities Management and was named Ex-Forces Business Leader of the Year.

Founder of One Feather Coaching and co-founder of The Human-Centric Workplace, Louisa builds high-performing leaders and teams through coaching, workplace strategy, and leadership development. She also serves as a board advisor and contributes her expertise to government on veteran affairs, with a passion for creating more inclusive, human workplaces.
