Elena Imbimbo

Elena is a researcher and analyst working in conflict prevention and resolution. After some time spent in the media and editorial sectors, she developed extensive experience in the fields of international relations and conflict analysis, while also cultivating a strong passion for Emergency Management. She currently serves as Co-Executive Director of a local CERT team, supporting emergency services and community preparedness initiatives.

Elena was born and grew up in Italy, and now lives with her husband and children in the US. "Splendor for Nothing" is her debut mystery novel in the Alice Carta series. "Disturbing the Curse" is the second book in the same series.
