Javier Castillo Gil is a leadership advisor, strategist, and co-founder of The Morphing Group. For over two decades, he has worked with senior executives and leadership teams across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe, helping them build cultures and systems that thrive beyond any one leader. His book When You Are Not in the Room challenges outdated leadership models and offers a practical, experience-based framework for sustainable impact.

Javier holds a Master’s in International HR Leadership from Rutgers University and has led transformation projects for Fortune 500 firms and entrepreneurial companies alike. He is passionate about transforming organizations through their people. As a husband and father of two soon-to-be professionals, he cares deeply about the organizational environments they—and others—will face. He believes that through people we enhance organizations, and through organizations we build a better world.
