Sabrina Detmer grew up in New York’s Hudson Valley, where quiet woods, long afternoons at the barn, and a house full of animals shaped her love of wonder and storytelling. Now a riding instructor and professional horse trainer, she brings the magic of her childhood into her children’s books, celebrating kindness, courage, and imagination. Sabrina also works in the music industry as a creative consultant, helping artists shape their voices and visions. Through her books, she hopes to spark joy, inspire confidence, and remind every child that a little bit of magic lives in them, too.
