Lisa is an expert at translating the science of wellbeing into actionable, achievable and relatable learning. She holds academic qualifications in psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness, and blends this with the experience of leading a team in a FTSE 100 global corporation.

Alongside her role as Director of Intellectual Property at Pearson, she is also a workplace psychology professional, and a wellbeing educator, speaker and mentor. She is the author of The Mindfulness Habit, a practical guide to navigating the often-difficult relationship between mental health and the world of work.

Lisa provides client training in the art and science of wellbeing and workplace effectiveness for businesses, organisations, and as a professional 1-2-1 mentor. She also volunteers in schools and teaches wellbeing techniques for NHS staff.
