Joe Bohringer

Joe Bohringer began his Major League Baseball career while still pursuing a business degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Over the next 31 seasons, he earned leadership positions with several teams including foundational roles in a historic Chicago Cubs World Series win and the Seattle Mariners end of a 20-year playoff drought.

After three decades and a World Series ring, Joe now specializes in strategic planning, executive development, and team building. He has partnered with corporate clients across industries as well as sports teams in multiple professional leagues. He has also participated on industry panels, podcasts, and as a keynote speaker. Beyond his advisory work, Joe volunteers as an executive coach for Chicago-based nonprofits and serves as an alumni advisor for the MIT Sloan School of Business. In any endeavor – including this one – he is passionate about helping others achieve their next level of success.
