Marybeth Loyd Bock

Marybeth Bock, MPH, is a writer, teacher, and mom who is passionate about public health and helping parents raise healthy and kind kids. Life has taken her on a few different journeys, from Bay Area, CA kid to military spouse living and traveling around the world; to motherhood, time as a childbirth educator, a college instructor, and now a writer whose work is found on numerous parenting websites. She has a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA and a Master of Public Health from San Jose State University, where she received the Health Education Writer award.
