Brendan McCarthy

I am an attorney and author who lives in the Princeton New Jersey area. I learned to fly fish from my dad and grandfather who were both born and raised in Butte, Montana. In 2013, I moved to Billings, Montana and lived in Montana for almost 10 years. And I continued to fish and explore the rivers of Montana. I wrote Arc of the River to try to capture the experience of fly fishing in the place known as the last best place over the past 30 years.
